Solution: We enlisted the help of students living in Unite Buildings, gave them cameras and training, and had them film our brand ad themselves.
Results: 160% increase in awareness amongst 6th formers. 200% increase in recall of Unite students amongst students and 75% increase amongst parents. 98%+ Occupancy rate across all properties.
